Data Subject Request

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, port, or limit our use of your personal information. The rights available depend on where you live. We respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA) of verifying your identity.

1. Submit a request

Email privacy@relyv.ai with the following:

  • Your name and the email address we should reply to.
  • Whether you have a relyv.ai account, and if so, the account email.
  • Your state or country of residence.
  • The type of request: access, correct, delete, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing, limit sensitive PI use, or appeal a prior denial.
  • A short description of what you're asking about.

2. Identity verification

To protect your data, we verify identity before fulfilling requests. We will email a one-time code to the address on file (account holders) or to the address you submit (non-account-holders). Higher-risk requests — delete and correct — may require additional verification.

3. Response time

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond on the merits within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), starting when we verify your identity. We may extend once by 45 days if necessary; we'll notify you in writing if we do.

4. Appeals

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, and other states with appeal rights can appeal a denial by replying to our decision email or by emailing privacy@relyv.ai with subject "Privacy Request Appeal". We respond to appeals within 60 days.

5. Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization signed by you and proof of the agent's identity before fulfilling the request.
